We go through a lot of yogurt in our house. It hits the spot when a quick snack is needed. I also chew a lot of gum to help rid the temptation to snack.

ReplyDeleteWe eat a lot of yogurt too. When trying to hush "starving" kids, it's a quick snack that you don't feel quilty about giving them (compared to chips, cookies, etc.).

I either grab a string cheese or a yogurt, my favs are either Pineapple Upside Down Cake or Lemon Meringue Pie... yumm!

I usually try to treat myself with something semi healthy like Honey not cheerios or vanilla yogurt (I like the thick n creamy style...makes me think I'm having pudding!)
