Here's what I did and how you can do it too!

1. Go to ebates.com
2. Type in JCPenney
3. Select it as your store for 3% cash back
4. Once redirected to JCPenney.com go to their outlet section
5. Shop
6. Purchase at least $10 in merchandise
7. Enter code GR8VALUE at checkout (select checkout+promocode)
8. Proceed through checkout and wait for your goodies to arrive!
